Some things are so simple they require little words. These few ingredients have endless possibilities for your cooking. Once you make your own greek dressing you won’t be buying supermarket bottles again. Keep it in your fridge for an easy marinade for the BBQ, pasta salads, greek green salads, cucumber and tomato salads as a quick sides. Use it to season vegetables as your stir frying, drizzle on potatoes, or roasted veggies; the list goes on. Feel free to mix it up. I personally love fig balsamic vinegar (also awesome on fresh ciabatta drizzled with olive oil…delish!), but you can use a number of different vinegars as you prefer. Red wine vinegar is a popular choice for a fresh lighter taste than the balsamic vinegars.
This literally takes less than 5 minutes to make!
